1. The machine leader is responsible for supervising the safety of the machinery, equipment, and machine operators.

3. Before starting the machine, the required lubricating oil (grease) should be added to each oiling point, lubrication point, and oil tank of the machine.
4. Without authorization, personnel other than those assigned to the machine group are not allowed to start or operate the machine. Assistants and apprentices should work under the guidance of the machine leader.
5. Before starting the machine, check for any debris around the machine body. A signal (safety bell) must be given beforehand, with confirmation from both ends to ensure the safety of the surrounding area before starting the machine.
6. Before the machine starts running, run it in reverse for a few cycles, then forward for a few cycles, to prevent debris between the rollers from damaging the rubber blanket, printing plates, etc.
7. During machine operation, it is strictly forbidden to touch the moving work surface with hands, repair or wipe the machine, or cross over rotating parts. The machine's protective devices must be kept intact.
8. Machine operators should strictly adhere to their assigned posts, constantly paying attention to the operation of various parts of the machine. If any problems are found, stop the machine immediately and deal with them.
9. The workplace should be kept clean and unobstructed, with no debris on the floor, workbenches, or around the machines. Repair tools and parts should be placed in designated locations.
10. During operation, no one is allowed to play, fight, shout loudly, or allow children near the machine.
11. At the end of work, clean the machine, protect the printing plates, clean the rubber blanket, printing rollers, and rollers, turn off the power, and fill out the work log.
12. Regular maintenance and repair of the machine, and filling out maintenance records, can extend the service life of the machine, improve production quality, and ensure safe production.
13. Operation is prohibited for unauthorized personnel.
