Configuration:

1. The printing color units and the newly added reverse-side printing structure feature fully automatic front-and-back switching.

2. The host traction is driven by a servo motor.

3. Plate-loading system: The shaftless automatic plate-loading system is specially designed for clothing, industrial, and express packaging bags (supports both long and short plates without the need to change end plugs).

4. Transmission method: Each color is driven independently by a servo motor (electronic shaft).

5. Material feeding and discharging traction utilizes: fully automatic tension control via servo motors.

6. Winding and unwinding system features: servo motor drive, material-change alarm notification, deceleration and automatic shutdown, shaftless automatic material loading and unloading, hydraulic material lifting, and an ultrasonic纠编 (corrective) left-right tracking system.

7. The plate-setting position is equipped with a material-unfolding function, enabling suspended materials to reach speeds of 300–500 m/min (with materials extending beyond the plate).

19. The take-up belt is slit to achieve 1 input and 2 outputs.
