1. Printing materials: OPP, BOPP, CPP, PET, PE, PVC, and roll paper, among others. 2. Host traction system: Servo motor-driven. 3. Plate mounting: Shaftless plate mounting (equipped with an initial pre-registration system for rapid alignment and accurate printing). 4. Transmission system: Each color is driven independently by a servo motor (electronic shaft). 5. Infeed and outfeed traction: Fully automatic tension control via servo motors.

Configuration

1. Printing materials: OPP, BOPP, CPP, PET, PE, PVC, and roll paper, among others.
2. The host traction is driven by a servo motor.
3. Plate mounting method: Shaftless plate mounting (equipped with an initial pre-registration system for quick and accurate alignment during printing).
4. Transmission method: Each color is driven independently by a servo motor (electronic shaft).
5. Material feeding and discharging traction utilizes: fully automatic tension control via servo motors.
6. The take-up and unwinding system features: a dual-station, high-speed, non-stop automatic slitting and roll-changing mechanism driven by servo motors, equipped with material-change warning alerts, axis-free pneumatic loading and unloading, enabling quick and convenient material changes with precise centering. During material joining, the rotating arm automatically flips and positions itself. In emergency situations, the cutter holder has a reset function.
7. A four-stage closed-loop tension system with motion control and servo drive control, centrally managed by a PLC.
8. Heating method: A new reduced-air, intensified-heating system with secondary return air heat recovery function and automatic constant-temperature control.
9. Use high-speed photography to monitor quality.
10. Each printing group can operate independently.
11. Discharge material diameter 800
12. Color registration: Fully automatic color registration system with a registration accuracy of ≤0.1 mm.
13. The dual unwind shafts are independently driven by two servo motors, with both shafts actively unwinding and controlled via vector frequency conversion.
14. The inking unit employs a metering roller to reduce ink splashing.
